As someone who studied human computer interaction/design at Indiana University, I know the value of good design

I have spent 9 years applying data-driven, human-centric design in a variety of roles. In my first professional role as UX Design Lead, I was responsible for unifying an outdated intranet and enterprise applications around a modern design ethos. I not only modernized dozen of user touchpoints that affected thousands of users, but did so in a way that was modern and intuitive

Most recently I have transitioned into an IT service design and delivery lead, building upon those principles to streamline service efficiency, without sacrificing the user experience
